Little useful rain has fallen on sheep production regions and most pastoral areas remain dry. There are, however, some patches where falls were good and pastures are excellent. A quick Worm Egg Count on a couple of mobs will ensure there are no possible nasties waiting for a bit more rain.
This advice also applies to the Southern Downs—the weather is starting to cool and there have been showers—deal conditions for barber’s pole to do some damage. Without a WEC to get a decent diagnosis, most of the damage will be unseen.
